General Terms & Conditions

• Credit Card Charges: Credit card payments will incur a 2% processing fee.
• Currency Exchange: For INR to USD or other currency exchanges, please contact our team. We’ll connect you with our trusted international money exchange partners.
• Customer Media: Any photos or videos shared during or post-trip in support groups or emails may be used on our social media platforms to engage our audience. If you are uncomfortable with this, please email us at services@atorddy.com.
• Driver Waiting Time: For private tours, drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for pick-up. For SIC (Seat-In-Coach) tours, drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes.
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability at the hotel.
• Hotel Availability: All hotel rates are subject to availability.
• Hotel Check-In/Check-Out: International check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Local SIM Cards: We recommend purchasing a local SIM card upon arrival for easy reconfirmation with coach drivers and operators.
• Midnight Transfers: Midnight surcharges apply for transfers operated between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Missed Connections in the Maldives: Atorddy will not be responsible for missed seaplane transfers due to flight delays.
• NRI Payments: Additional fees and taxes may apply for NRI customer payments.
• Optional Sightseeing: For booking additional sightseeing activities during your trip, please contact our team. Program charges are extra.
• Peak Season Surcharge: Additional surcharges apply during peak seasons (December–January).
• Quotation Policy: The quotation provided is not a confirmation. Rates and hotels are subject to availability at the time of reconfirmation.
• Room Allocation: Allocation of twin or double rooms depends on availability at check-in.
• Travel Insurance: International travel insurance is highly recommended for the entire duration of your stay abroad.
• Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for unused services.
• Visa & Documentation: Photographs are mandatory for on-arrival visas. Please carry one xerox copy each of your passport and ticket to submit for on-arrival visas. It’s advisable to carry two passport-size photos and a xerox copy of your passport with you during the journey. Additionally, leave one copy of your passport with a trusted relative or friend in India.
• Visa Assistance: Visa and immigration clearance is at the discretion of the respective governments. Atorddy will assist in the process but is not responsible for non-granting of documents. In case of rejection, cancellation charges/fees will still apply, and no refunds will be provided.
