Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Guidelines

  1. The cancellation policy is effective for all vacations crafted by Atorddy.
  2. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 60 working days from the cancellation date, or when the supplier(s) process the refund—whichever is later.
  3. For refunds related to on-trip cancellations, customers will receive the amount within 30 working days after their return or when the supplier(s) process the refund—whichever is later.
  4. Refund amounts are subject to fluctuations in international exchange rates, payments received from customers, and refunds provided by suppliers. Any changes in the refund amount will be communicated to the customer.

Flights

  1. Flights marked as “Non-Refundable” on final travel vouchers will have zero refund eligibility in case of cancellations.
  2. Flights marked as “Refundable” will offer refunds as per the details mentioned in the Cancellation Policy section of the product and the final itinerary shared via email.
  3. Refund amounts for flights may vary due to international exchange rate differences.
  4. Customers must ensure their passports are valid for at least 1 year and in good condition. Refunds will not be provided for denied boarding due to expired or damaged passports.
  5. Atorddy is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at the airport or grounded/cancelled flights. Refunds for such instances must be requested directly from the airlines.
  6. Additional costs for excess baggage must be paid by the customer directly to the airline at the time of check-in.
  7. Meal preferences requested on flights are subject to airline discretion. Atorddy is not responsible for availability or quality.

Hotels

  1. Hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” on final travel vouchers will not be eligible for any refunds upon cancellation.
  2. Hotels marked as “Refundable” will adhere to refund timelines mentioned in the product's Cancellation Policy and the final itinerary.
  3. Refunds may be affected by international exchange rate differences.
  4. Additional charges for room upgrades or amenities during the trip will be borne by the customer.
  5. Hotels changed during the trip will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  6. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to hotel discretion and will not qualify for refunds if unavailable.

Activities

  1. On-trip cancellations of activities will result in zero refunds.
  2. Cancellations made 48 hours before the activity date may qualify for partial or full refunds based on the activity and operator policies.
  3. Refunds may be influenced by international exchange rate changes.

Transfers

  1. Transfers canceled or rescheduled at the last minute are not eligible for refunds.
  2. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to qualify for a refund.

Visa & Insurance

  1. Atorddy acts as a facilitator for visa processing and is not responsible for rejected visa applications. Visa fees are non-refundable in such cases.
  2. Atorddy is not liable for changes in visa formalities imposed by embassies after submission or during processing.
  3. Travel insurance is 100% non-refundable once applied.
